1. Warranty

JG Custom PCs warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt. In the event applicable law imposes any implied warranties, the implied warranty period is limited to six (6) months from the date of receipt. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations on duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

2. Customer Remedies

JG Custom PCs' entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be, at JG Custom PCs' option, (1) repair the product which is returned to JG Custom PCs with a copy of its sales receipt at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or (2) replacement the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product which is returned to JG Custom PCs with a copy of its sales receipt. Any repaired or replacement product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer.

3. Limitations

This Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by JG Custom PCs, and replacement or repair of the warranted product will only occur for products that have been returned in their entirety with a copy of the applicable sales receipt. The Limited Warranty does not apply to any hardware products not assembled by JG Custom PCs, or any software, even if packaged or sold with JG Custom PCs hardware. Manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers of components of JG Custom PCs' products may provide their own warranties separate from this warranty. JG Custom PCs is not liable for any damage to or loss of any programs, data, or other information stored on any media, or any product or part not covered by this warranty. Recovery and reinstallation of system and application software and user data are not covered under this Limited Warranty. This warranty does not apply: (a) to products not sold by JG Custom PCs, (b) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or misapplication of a product, (c) to a product if any of the product's components have been operated outside of the limitations indicated in the accompanying written material, including but not limited to the practice of "overclocking" (d) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a JG Custom PCs authorized service provider, or (e) to a product or a part that has been modified without the written permission of JG Custom PCs.

4. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JG Custom PCs disclaims all other warranties, remedies, and conditions, whether oral or written, express or implied, including, but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, with regard to the product, and any related or accompanying written materials. JG Custom PCs is not responsible for direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, including but not limited to lost profits, downtime, goodwill, damage to or replacement of equipment or property, any costs of recovering, reprogramming, or reproducing any program or data stored in or used with any JG Custom PCs products, and any failure to maintain the confidentiality of data stored in the product. JG Custom PCs does not claim that it will be able to repair any product under this warranty, or make a product exchange without risk or loss of programs or data. Some states and provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or exclusions or limitations on the duration of implied warranties or conditions, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
