Our knowledgeable, experienced repair technicians will drive to your residence and repair your computer on your terms. We can schedule repairs in the daytime, in the evening, and on weekends. If you would rather we pick up a faulty machine and repair it at our headquarters, we can do that too. We want to help you fix your computer when and how it is convenient for you!
Our services
We can conduct a wide variety of repair services for both Macintosh and Windows-based systems. These include virus and spyware removal, software error diagnosis, internet connection troubleshooting, system software reinstallation, and faulty hardware repair and replacement. If your computer is just slowing down and you don't know why, we can fix that too. In addition, we can assist in the setup of new computers, creating new wireless or wired networks, and the setup of new printers, scanners, network devices, and other peripherals. Not only that, but we will not leave until we are certain that you know how to use it.Our Service Areas
We serve the entire southern Willamette Valley of Oregon and surrounding areas. Our normal service area encompasses Eugene, Springfield, and their suburbs. If your residence lies outside this area, it may still be within our extended service area. For an affordable transportation charge, we will travel to many outlying areas to perform our services. In fact, if you are willing to pay our transportation and lodging costs, we'll go just about anywhere. Normally, we will travel to these locations:
