Our names are Geoff and Jacob, two IT professionals with years of experience in assembling high-quality, inexpensive PCs. We started this business after seeing the frustration that many people have with the larger corporate PC manufacturers. Very little personal attention is given to the customers of these companies, and the results can range from shoddy workmanship to the purchase of a PC that isn't well-suited to your needs. Furthermore, we have observed that these companies will often place the earning of more and more profit above the importance of ensuring that you are happy with your purchase. This can result in proprietary, difficult to replace parts and a computer that arrives with a variety of "junk" software pre-installed that you didn't want or ask for.
We here at JG Custom PCs strive to do things differently.
Every computer purchased from us is designed, built, and tested to order. We have several standard models of PCs for sale, but because we are a smaller business, we are easily able to accommodate fully customized PC requests. All of our PCs are sold with significant expandability and standard parts that will allow you to perform inexpensive upgrades for years to come. We place each computer we sell through an extensive two-day testing regimen, so that we can ensure that your computer arrives fully-operational and glitch-free. And finally, we never load our PCs with "junk" advertising software that has become so common elsewhere. We back up our claims by providing you with a six-month warranty on anything you purchase.
